Job Summary
Host/Hostess and Cashier role in a hotel outlet: greet and seat guests, issue menus, maintain seating charts, ensure tables and menus are clean, handle reservations, oversee cash handling and payments, perform side work and cleaning duties, and provide courteous guest service consistent with hospitality standards. Requires high school education with 1+ years related experience; alcohol awareness certification preferred. Physical duties include extended standing and walking. Part-time hours with benefits vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school education plus one or more years of related experience.
- Ability to process guest bills and payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card transactions and room charge processes and accounting policies.
