Responsible Managing Officer / Responsible Managing Employee -(Commercial & Residential Remodeling)

Serve as the qualifying individual (RMO/RME) for the California B-General Building Contractor license and provide leadership, oversight, and guidance on residential and commercial remodeling operations. Responsibilities include active oversight of remodeling projects, supporting project planning, scheduling, quality control, and compliance; ensuring licensing, safety, and building code requirements are met; participating in management decisions; assisting in developing best practices and maintaining high construction standards. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proven leadership with a California contractor license and knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction practices.
