Job Summary
Responsible Gaming Specialist to join Dutch-market team; monitor player behaviour via dashboards, alerts, and signals; assess risk profiles; determine interventions; collaborate with Compliance, Customer Service, and other departments; contribute to improvements in monitoring processes and player protection; requires analytical mindset, strong judgement, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data beyond surface-level signals. Hybrid work arrangement in Malta (Sliema) with 32–40 hours per week and a salary of 2,400–3,000 EUR/month depending on experience; opportunity to work in a fast-growing, regulated gaming group with international environment and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least MBO level of working and thinking
- Affinity with online gaming, compliance or other regulated industries
- Understanding of Responsible Gaming principles and relevant laws and regulations, or the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with them
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret behaviour, assess risks and make sound judgements
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong documentation skills and accuracy in recording findings
- Experience with dashboards, monitoring tools or data environments such as Excel, Power BI or similar systems
- Flexibility to work shifts when required
- Good command of English for internal communication
