Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Associate at Maxon Shooter’s Supplies & Indoor Range in the Chicago area. Responsibilities include helping customers select firearms and accessories, encouraging training through Maxon classes, and checking customers in/out of the range. Serve as Range Safety Officer as needed and ensure range safety, complete firearm sales legally with ATF forms, background checks, and transfer screening. Maintain merchandising standards, assist with range check-in/out, and participate in quarterly meetings. Must understand compliance regulations, maintain confidentiality, be flexible for evenings/weekends, and be at least 21 with FOID.
