Job Summary
Lead and champion a healthy and safe work environment, mentor a dedicated team of technicians, and deliver top-notch service to customers as a Service Response Supervisor. Responsibilities include conducting pre-job, mid-job, and post-job reviews; ensuring compliance through truck inspections and documentation; leading safety meetings; recruiting, mentoring, and providing regular performance feedback; spending time in the field to address technical issues; managing the repair process, tooling, warranty, and inspection findings; and overseeing technician productivity and job progress. Required skills include strong leadership in safety, field support, ability to conduct inspections and safety reviews, knowledge of safety standards and Human Organization Performance safety model, financial acumen, and understanding of Caterpillar product lines. The role operates Monday to Friday with potential future rotation and is located in Cranbrook, BC, Canada.
