Job Summary
Response Officer at Anglicare Sydney will be the first point of contact for Home Care clients and teams across NSW, handling inbound calls and emails, coordinating quick and accurate resolution of queries and service requests, logging client information in internal systems, liaising with care coordination and scheduling teams to support service delivery, and representing the voice of the customer to escalate feedback for service improvement. Candidates should have strong customer service experience in a fast-paced contact centre, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities, comfort with a range of technology systems, and flexibility to work in team rosters with potential for extra shifts. Desirable: knowledge or experience in aged care or community services.
