Job Summary
Manage a team under a Deputy Director to optimize economic results and ensure client satisfaction within your assigned perimeter. Define and execute strategic plans, monitor performance indicators, and implement corrective measures to drive activity and performance. Supervise product availability and maintain the quality of your sales environment, while actively promoting assortments and organizing commercial animations to strengthen partnerships. Act as a liaison between services, quickly identifying client needs to adjust your approach and guarantee a high-quality shopping experience. Ensure your surface is animated with relevant product highlights and foster a collaborative team culture.

- Experience in the distribution sector or service professions
