Job Summary
Manage a team as a coach to mobilize staff toward objectives while developing individual skills. Define and execute commercial strategies, track performance indicators, and implement corrective measures. Ensure product availability, maintain store presentation, and lead sales activities to highlight assortments. Identify client needs to adjust actions and guarantee a quality shopping experience. Organize commercial events to strengthen partner relationships. Operate as a bridge between services to optimize economic results within your perimeter.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the distribution sector or service professions
- Mobile on the Bourgogne Franche Comté basin to reinforce our teams in vivier
- Definitive assignment to one of our halls in Besançon, Chalon sur Saône, Dijon or Viriat
