Job Summary
Manage a team in a coach posture to mobilize staff toward objectives while developing individual competencies. Define, execute, and monitor performance strategies, tracking KPIs and implementing corrective measures. Ensure product availability and supervise store presentation, driving sales through assortment promotion and commercial events. Act as the liaison between services to guarantee client satisfaction and adapt actions to market needs. Report to an Adjunct Director. Full-time role in the Bourgogne Franche Comté area, with final assignment in Besançon, Chalon-sur-Saône, Dijon, or Viriat.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the distribution sector or service professions
- Sense of relationship management
- Desire to exceed oneself
- Operational capability: being a field person who likes varied actions
- Mastery of the Office Pack
- Comfort with the digital domain
- Mobility on the Bourgogne Franche Comté basin to reinforce teams in vivier
- Availability for weekend shifts (implied by 'Vos dimanches seront libres' as a condition of the role)
