Job Summary
Technical maintenance lead for data center environments, overseeing multi-technical maintenance (CVC, electrical, and related systems), managing client relationships and a maintenance team, and coordinating on-site activities in Île-de-France (Saint-Denis) with a company vehicle. Requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to manage multiple sites, mobility for travel, and a proactive approach to health, safety, and operational excellence. Strong emphasis on client-facing management, field coordination, and ensuring reliable service delivery across sensitive sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management and team leadership
- General experience in multi-technical maintenance including CVC
- Experience with data centers, hospitals, sensitive sites preferred
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) as vehicle will be provided for travel
