Job Summary
Ensure technical entry into repair for equipment by configuring products and preparing technical dossiers for repair technicians. Support the APRU during complex repair investigations and contribute to fact handling with relevant technical entities. Monitor repair standards maturity, propose improvement actions to maintain quality, cost, and deadline performance, and implement new repair process evolutions. Participate in industrialization phases to capture experience from deployed products and provide technical support for new product service entry. Ensure adherence to safety and quality rules including HSE and Lean practices while driving service and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bac +2 (BTS, DUT ...)
- technicien/ne expérimenté en mécanique
- Expérience technique/système, en réparation/diagnostic
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel)
- Connaissances dans plusieurs domaines mécanique, hydraulique, frigo...
- Connaissance du fonctionnement de quelques produits/systèmes THALES
- Sens du Client et du service
- Capacité à formaliser une demande
- esprit de synthèse
- Communication
