Job Summary
Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with organizational priorities while gathering business needs to drive application evolution projects. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and users to ensure service quality, and govern the system regarding security, data integrity, risk management, and ITIL best practices. Pilot the IT budget, contracts, and performance indicators while supporting teams through change management initiatives. Lead the digital transformation, strengthen cybersecurity by integrating AI into secure environments, optimize data exchanges, and automate internal processes. Deploy new solutions to serve business needs within a strategic role reporting to the Direction.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac+4/5 en informatique ou systèmes d'information
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets SI
- expérience en pilotage de prestataires
- Bonne connaissance des applications d'entreprise (ERP, CRM, GED...)
- maîtrise de la conduite de projet
- maîtrise de la conduite du changement

- Bonne maîtrise des architectures SI (on-premise, cloud ou hybride)

- connaissance des concepts PRA/PCA
- connaissance en cybersécurité
- Connaissance des environnements Windows Server
- Connaissance de SQL Server
- Connaissance des solutions d'intégration (API)
- Connaissance de la supervision
- Connaissance des sauvegardes
- Connaissance des outils BI/reporting
- Connaissance des méthodes ITIL
- sensibilité aux solutions low-code/no-code
