Job Summary
Lead a team of 17 people in structuring quality practices, mobilizing staff around prevention and continuous improvement, and bridging operations with the American headquarters. Guarantee compliance with HACCP, SQF, and regulatory standards (ACIA, FDA, USDA) by analyzing quality events to root causes, driving corrective action plans, and leading environmental monitoring including pathogen swabs. Pilot the Safety Chain software deployment, establish performance KPIs, and streamline processes to generate operational gains. Collaborate cross-functionally with site directors and finance, representing the site during regulatory audits, and communicate complex quality issues with clarity and calmness. Requires 7–10 years in food transformation quality assurance with 3 years managing teams, proficiency in HACCP/SQF, and bilingual fluency in French and English. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 with a 15% performance bonus.
Required Qualifications

- Formation en sciences alimentaires, biologie, chimie ou domaine connexe
- Expérience terrain équivalente
Desired Qualifications
