Job Summary
Accompany a team of six departmental managers daily, deliver field coaching courses, and strengthen existing partnerships while supporting project development. Foster a collaborative team dynamic where members support one another and innovate through original initiatives. Maintain a positive, professional presence while engaging with diverse public audiences in a multidisciplinary setting. The role is a full-time CDI with 35 hours, starting September 1st in the Centre-Val de Loire region, with compensation based on the current salary grid plus seniority and profit-sharing bonuses.
