Represent Gojob to temporary agencies, candidates, and operational teams while collecting client recruitment needs and identifying suitable candidates using internal databases and job boards. Conduct physical interviews to evaluate applicants and manage the full integration and ongoing support of new temporary staff throughout their missions. Work autonomously within a dedicated agency site to ensure high service levels and efficient staffing delivery. The role requires a BAC+2 degree in HR or related fields with at least two years of recruitment experience, ideally in temporary work.
