Responsable Programmes Immobiliers (H/F)

Lead project management from sales promise signing to client delivery, overseeing large-scale regional developments. Manage technical, legal, commercial, administrative, and financial assembly for diverse projects while coordinating with internal services and external stakeholders including notaries, surveyors, municipalities, and architects. Ensure seamless project coordination and maintain relationships with partners, local authorities, and residents throughout the operation. Requires a minimum of four years of experience in real estate promotion and mastery of VEFA and construction regulations.
