Job Summary
Pilot the economic performance by producing monthly P&L statements, managing budgets, and tracking investments to identify improvement levers. Exploit operational and financial data to design key performance indicators, analyze metrics, and develop strategic studies for organizational choices. Build logistics models linking activity, productivity, and costs to forecast workforce needs and evaluate transformation gains. Support the company's transition to a new automated site by contributing to future pilotage tools and continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur, d'une école de commerce ou d'une formation supérieure en finance, data, supply chain ou contrôle de gestion
- Contrat CDI
- Lieu de travail : MOISSY 2
- Rémunération (brute annuelle) à partir de : 45000€
- Forte capacité d'analyse
- Appétence pour les environnements opérationnels
- Capacité à transformer une réalité opérationnelle en modèle de pilotage
