Job Summary
Pilot the company's economic performance by producing monthly operating accounts, participating in budget and forecasting, and tracking expenditures and investments. Build and evolve operational and economic dashboards to analyze performance and support strategic choices, while developing a data culture among managers. Construct logistical models linking activity, productivity, and costs to translate flows into workforce needs and evaluate organizational transformation gains. This role supports the transition to a new automated site at Moissy-Cramayel, contributing to the future logistics model for CULTURA. Full-time position in the logistics subsidiary of Cultura, with a starting gross annual salary of 45,000€.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur, d'une école de commerce ou d'une formation supérieure en finance, data, supply chain ou contrôle de gestion
- Une forte capacité d'analyse
- Une réelle appétence pour les environnements opérationnels
- Une capacité à comprendre comment fonctionne une organisation
- Une capacité à manipuler les données
- Une capacité à construire des modèles
- Une capacité à transformer vos analyses en décisions concrètes
