Responsable Operations Commerciales H/F

Manage the Business Area Supervisor role to support Philip Morris France's market share and volume targets through effective zone management and quality deployment. Coordinate the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives by executing PMF programs and prioritizing commercial activities. Implement Key Account activities, maximize communication in high-potential retail points, and oversee the multi-categorical visit structure. Develop team skills through on-the-ground coaching, mentoring, and training while monitoring performance and executing corrective action plans. Select, recruit, and integrate team members to ensure qualitative and quantitative results, manage the annual team budget, and allocate resources efficiently.
