Responsable Mantenimiento

Manage the maintenance team by supervising, coordinating, and fostering continuous improvement while enforcing safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards. Conduct diagnostic analysis of equipment assets and track performance indicators. Plan corrective, preventive, and legal maintenance schedules alongside TPM initiatives, manage the maintenance budget, and oversee spare parts inventory to ensure production continuity. Create and update technical and legal documentation, including manuals for corrective and preventive actions. Lead investment project proposals and follow-up, contribute to short and medium-term budgeting, and develop improvement plans for energy consumption, environmental systems, and facility safety. Implement and monitor group cybersecurity protocols.
