Responsable Maintenance Portes Automatiques / Superviseur (H/F)

Responsibilities include managing a multi-technical maintenance team (8 technicians) and overseeing maintenance and troubleshooting operations for automatic doors in the Reims sector, ensuring high service quality, client satisfaction, and user safety. Lead the team, develop skills, plan and monitor maintenance activities and small works, implement strategy for maintenance during the sector, and provide activity reporting. Strong leadership, customer-service orientation, autonomy, and organizational skills are essential to manage client portfolios and ensure safety and performance. The role is based at the Reims agency and involves managing subcontracted or in-house maintenance and client relations for public-sector customers.
