Responsable Maintenance

Job Summary
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans while supervising curative and corrective operations. Coordinate vehicle immobilizations with Transport, ensure technical control validity, and guarantee ADR compliance for hazardous materials transport. Manage the annual maintenance budget, analyze costs per vehicle, and participate in fleet renewal decisions. Evaluate team performance, distribute tasks, identify training needs, and maintain discipline during audits. Control HSE rules in the workshop, analyze accident causes, and ensure PPE compliance. Produce monthly KPI reports and propose optimization actions. Requires Bac+3 to Bac+5, three years of heavy truck maintenance experience, and GMAO software proficiency. Based in Antananarivo, Ambohimanambola.
Required Qualifications
- Bac +3 à Bac +5 en maintenance industrielle, mécanique automobile, génie mécanique ou domaine équivalent
- 3 ans d'expérience minimum (En maintenance poids lourds)
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe
- Sens d'organisation et planification
- Compétence sur l'analyse de données et indicateurs
- Maitrise des Pack Office
- Maitrise du Logiciel de GMAO
Desired Qualifications
- Maitrise ERP ou logiciel de gestion de flotte (Serait un atout)
