Job Summary
Maintain and optimize all industrial equipment while managing a team of six agents de maîtrise, twenty-four technicians, three employees, and three apprentices. Conduct diagnostics, analyze technical parameters, and develop indicators to drive productivity, quality, and safety improvements. Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and oversee maintenance budgets under 50k€ and global site investments. Ensure regulatory and ISO compliance across technical, relational, and statistical systems while fostering staff development through annual reviews and knowledge sharing. Collaborate closely with engineering, safety, quality, and production leads to align maintenance planning with industrial strategy.
