Job Summary
Organize and control store activities while managing, challenging, and recruiting your team. Ensure the store presentation aligns with company concepts through strong field leadership. Monitor financial indicators and drive commercial results with a focus on customer service. Lead your staff by example to foster collaboration and overcome challenges. This role reports to the Regional Manager and emphasizes field management and results. HEMA offers a monthly gross salary of 2,720 € as a cadre, plus a 13th month, profit-sharing bonus, and employee discounts.
