Job Summary
Manage the complete Liquide department to ensure sales, margin, and profitability targets are met. Pilot orders, stock management, and receiving procedures to guarantee optimal product availability and rotation. Maintain an attractive department layout by adhering to merchandising plans, promotional operations, and safety standards. Analyze performance indicators such as sales, margin, and stockouts to implement corrective actions. Lead the team by organizing daily missions, developing staff skills, and fostering collaboration across sectors. Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and beverage sales regulations while driving customer satisfaction. Work weekends and holidays as required for the retail schedule.
