Job Summary
Manage and engage your team around company quality, satisfaction, and loyalty ambitions. Pilot the checkout line organization, store welcome, and customer relationship quality. Handle financial flows including cash management, safekeeping, and bank deposits. Optimize customer checkout times and follow up on complaints. Drive service performance and productivity objectives with associated corrective actions. Requires one year of team management experience in client-facing roles. Full-time position with attractive compensation including fixed salary, variable bonus, meal allowance, participation, mutual aid, and paid leave.
