Job Summary
Verify stock levels, replenish aisles based on seasonality and client demand, and stage the sales floor to ensure an attractive and innovative presentation. Manage your own merchandising team while guaranteeing product quality, proper storage, and hygiene standards. Build trusting relationships with customers by providing personalized advice and added value. Requires a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in commerce and at least two years of experience as a Section Assistant Manager or Aisle Manager. Fixed salary plus variable pay, meal allowances, participation, mutual aid, and a discount on purchases.
