Job Summary
Develop visual management systems on site, lead continuous improvement projects to resolve UAP operational issues, and support the UAP head in annual roadmap planning. Implement catch-up programs, track key performance indicators, and contribute to production digitalization initiatives using tools like Power BI. Advise, train, and guide teams on excellence operational tools while proposing strategies for upward and downward communication. Requires an engineering school diploma with 3 to 5 years of experience in operational excellence, proficiency in Six Sigma and 8D methodologies, and strong statistical foundations. Full-time role with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en excellence opérationnelle
- Connaissance et maîtrise des outils d'excellence opérationnelle (routine, 8D, SIX sigma...)
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets
- Bases des statistiques
- Capacité à faire passer des idées et à convaincre
- Orientation résultats

- Culture du terrain
- Aptitude à travailler en interface avec de nombreux services
