Job Summary
Responsibilities include defining and piloting the development strategy for the Private Wealth Management market on life and capitalization solutions (France and Luxembourg) and coordinating strategic partnerships. Ensure the product offering for patrimonial solutions (savings, retirement) is aligned with regulatory evolutions, design and structure private wealth savings offerings with internal experts and external partners, monitor performance via KPIs, formalize operational processes for international case handling, develop and animate partnerships with insurers and asset managers, promote the product offers internally and externally. Teleworking is possible after a training period. Location: Bois-Colombes (92). Salary: base fixed on 13 months according to profile and experience + variable based on objective achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Master with specialization in Finance or Insurance
- Minimum 5 years experience in private wealth management (banking or distributor)
- Knowledge of life insurance and Luxembourg life insurance
- Excellent writing, analytical mindset, rigor and creativity in building solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with diverse interlocutors
