Job Summary
Lead the deployment strategy for EHS on-site, managing tracking systems, documents, and metrics while ensuring compliance with French labor codes and applicable standards. Drive the EHS culture across all departments through the GE HealthCare Framework, organize key events like Earth Day and Safety Month, and manage the planning and execution of action plans. Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions, while leading EHS audits to identify gaps and drive continuous improvements. Define and maintain emergency procedures, assist leadership in implementing Leader Standard Work, manage the EHS training program, and collaborate with external vendors on risk prevention and site decarbonization plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering/Sustainability, ISO14001, 45001 & 50001 management systems, or similar background
- At least 10 years of experience in EHS management, support, or communication experience on site/service
- Good knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and standards in France
- Good knowledge of EHS project implementation
- Good knowledge of ESG promotion
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Professional certifications in EHS or related training certifications
- Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and make decisions quickly and accurately based on available information
- Proficiency in professional English
