Manage a team of seven agents responsible for the conception, construction, and maintenance of forty municipal buildings in the Kremlin-Bicêtre commune. Define operational rules, set objectives, and oversee work schedules, including leave, absences, and on-call rotations. Lead strategic planning for the multi-year investment plan, integrating energy transition goals like retrofitting and solar installations. Coordinate complex projects with architects and contractors while ensuring budget and timeline compliance. Organize preventive and curative maintenance for heating, electricity, and roofs, and manage energy optimization through supplier negotiations and compliance audits. Report activity to the general director and mayors, communicate building disruptions to residents, and monitor regulatory changes regarding accessibility and safety.
