Conduct daily on-site inspections to verify material, method, and work compliance, validating critical steps and specialized processes such as welding and pressure tests. Plan and execute required inspections, participate in hold points and joint client/engineering reviews, and document findings to generate reports and track follow-ups. Identify, document, and signal non-conformities while ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed. Collaborate closely with supervisors, foremen, and engineering teams to address quality deviations and communicate compliance challenges. Train teams on best practices, contractual requirements, and critical inspection steps. Ensure all documentation, including inspection reports and weld maps, is complete, organized, and archived for final client submission.
