Job Summary
Lead the design of the factory's digital architecture and define the IT/OT environment as the business owner for manufacturing digital solutions. Determine optimal MES, data storage, and communication protocols with production systems (levels 1 and 2) and stakeholders. Develop IT/OT specifications with internal clients and manage end-to-end traceability, production scheduling, and quality tracking. Execute the deployment of the digital environment for production, including IT/OT communication solutions, automated quality reporting, and automated skill tracking. Establish the Computerized Maintenance Management System (GMAO) with maintenance teams. Define communication protocols for robotization and act as the local IT/OT reference for the automation team. Ensure seamless integration between business needs, industrial processes, and digital technologies while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master en génie industriel, informatique industrielle, automatisme ou domaine équivalent
- Curiosité pour les technologies émergentes et forte capacité d'adaptation
- Expérience dans des projets de transformation digitale ou d'Industrie 4.0
- Gestion de projet
- Planification, suivi des projets et coordination de multiples parties prenantes
- Leadership et communication
- Capacité à fédérer les équipes autour des projets de transformation digitale
- Analyse et innovation
- Capacité à identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et à proposer des solutions innovantes
- Bonne compréhension des processus industriels (production, maintenance, etc.)
- Connaissance de la définition des processus métiers (norme BPM)
- Connaissance des systèmes industriels (MES, ERP), de l'IoT, de l'intelligence artificielle, de l'automatisation, des réseaux industriels et de la cybersécurité
