Job Summary

Develop the Digital Technology roadmap for the Aix-Les-Bains site and act as the single point of contact for plant leadership and global teams. Drive the deployment and adoption of strategic solutions, including automation, robotics, and connected systems, while optimizing global manufacturing operations through data-driven insights and shopfloor monitoring. Manage IT and OT infrastructure, ensure site compliance with CISO and organizational standards, and lead cost efficiency initiatives through hardware and software rationalization. Collaborate with business leaders to define digital product strategies that improve operational KPIs and challenge the status quo.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's in computer sciences, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Proven professional work experience within Supply Chain Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain expertise through business engagement, including factory value stream processes, Planning, Sourcing & Logistics
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proven product/project management experience
  • Manufacturing project/program experience
  • Experience with the following: Solution Architecture, data architecture, software development, and Global Supply Chain (GSC) operations
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, EtherNet/IP,etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT/OT segmentation processes/solutions
  • Experience with IIoT platforms (Vimana Elevate, PTC ThingWorx, etc.)
  • Awareness of new techs capabilities (AI, ML, VR, AR, Big Data, etc.)
  • Ability to convert requirements into a clear digital product strategy with improved value creation for business
  • Experience defining, implementing and using shop floor IT tools (i.e. Manufacturing Execution System, Quality, ERP, PLM, MRP, EAM), Lean Principles
  • Results-oriented/ outcome- focused mindset
  • Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, external focused, and influence business and DT
  • Ability to use expertise and knowledge to challenge the "status quo" and define more strategic approach and defend that position

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's in computer sciences, Engineering or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
  • Manufacturing project/program experience is preferred
  • Experience in project & program execution
  • Solid knowledge of business processes related to Supply Chain
  • Expertise of digital software products
  • Good understanding of both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) within a manufacturing context
  • Experience in the following domains: solution architecture, data architecture, software development and Global Supply Chain (GSC) operations
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT/OT segmentation processes/solutions
  • Experience with IIoT platforms (Vimana Elevate, PTC ThingWorx, etc.)
  • Knowledge of capabilities of new technologies (AI, ML, VR, AR, Big Data, etc.)
  • Business Acumen: Ability to convert requirements into a clear digital product strategy with improved value creation for business
  • Experience defining, implementing and using shop floor IT tools (MES, Quality, ERP, PLM, MRP, EAM) and Lean Principles
  • Results-oriented and outcome-focused mindset
  • Promoter of new technologies, ability to predict trends, externally focused and able to influence business and DT
