Responsable Développement Foncier (77/91) - F/H

Detect and exploit land development opportunities within the defined strategy zone. Build relational frameworks with local stakeholders including property dealers, developers, elected officials, and notaries. Conduct feasibility studies covering regulatory, technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and legal aspects. Negotiate legal agreements such as sale promises, construction leases, and VEFA, while establishing corresponding legal structures. Prepare engagement committee dossiers for decision-making. Requires a university degree and significant experience in prospecting and negotiation, ideally within the 77/91 region. Full-time CDI role with equal opportunity for men and women.
