Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization. Support the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate opportunities. Develop a robust pool of operational talents through networking. Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline.
