Job Summary
Prepare the site by reviewing contracts, technical documents, and safety protocols to define operational modes and analyze risks. Pilot the project by transmitting objectives to site leadership, organizing material supply, and ensuring strict adherence to execution documents and prevention procedures. Manage the team by directing, delegating, and mentoring staff while coordinating with all stakeholders during site meetings. Monitor the schedule and budget, validate administrative dossiers, and represent the company to clients and subcontractors. Report on progress, cost deviations, and safety metrics to management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, industrial, climatic, and energy systems engineering
- Knowledge of construction site safety and quality (QSE/QSSE) procedures
- Ability to analyze risks including PPSPS, PDP, and environmental site risks
- Capability to establish task tracking plans and control plans
- Experience in budgeting and cost management for construction projects
- Ability to decompose project schedules into actionable tasks
- Skill in proposing and validating operational alternatives and optimizations
- Experience in identifying human and material resources for projects
- Ability to organize material supply including PPE (EPI), equipment, and storage zones
- Capability to analyze accidents and incidents and define prevention measures
- Experience in managing corrective and preventive action plans
- Skill in tracking project schedules, labor budgets, and proposing solutions for variances
- Ability to verify compliance of execution against execution documents
- Experience in preparing administrative documentation (timesheets, handover forms, work permits, intervention reports)
- Capability to represent the company to clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Experience in managing project reservations and obtaining completion certificates
- Ability to participate in installation acceptance with clients (OPR)
- Experience in conducting post-project reviews (REX)
- Skill in managing teams including directing, delegating, controlling, and motivating
- Experience in training new hires and transferring skills within teams
- Ability to coordinate and lead meetings with all project stakeholders (design, activity management, site manager, other trades)
- Experience in reporting project activity to management regarding progress, cost/delay variances, resources, and safety
- Willingness to work on projects in France and abroad
- Ability to work in a family-style group culture with over 80% shareholder employees
