Job Summary
Manage and oversee a team of approximately 50 collaborators during the launch of a new production site in Egreville (77) for Back2Car. Pilot activity across services including vehicle dismantling, depollution, storage, and order preparation while ensuring adherence to environmental standards and productivity procedures. Guarantee project follow-up, team integration during recruitment, and serve as the primary link between industrial direction and field operations. Report daily constraints and progress to leadership. Required Qualifications
- Issu(e) d'une formation Bac +3 à Bac +5
- expérience significative dans le management d'équipes de production
