Job Summary
Manage a multidisciplinary team by recruiting, training, and leading staff to ensure daily excellence in apartment preparation and maintenance. Oversee inventory levels and supply chain logistics for the assigned perimeter while analyzing performance metrics to drive action plans. Report directly to the Director of Operations within a 30-person organization focused on high-end Parisian real estate rentals. Requires BAC+2 minimum, three years of hotel management experience, fluent English, and Office Suite proficiency.
