Job Summary
Manage the sales team for music, video, gaming, and musical instruments sections by staging offers according to commercial operations and current trends. Drive revenue and margins through dynamic sales activities while ensuring high client satisfaction. Recruit, lead, and develop the skills of sales advisors and music course instructors, organizing daily stock reception and shelf stocking operations. Requires significant retail management experience in distribution and a background in commerce or management. Full-time permanent contract with a base salary starting at 31,620€ plus variable bonuses, meal vouchers, and store discounts. Located in Chantepié, France.
Required Qualifications
- Experience significant in manager in the distribution universe
- Training in Commerce / Management / Management
- Must be able to animate a team of sales advisors for music, video, gaming, and musical instruments
- Must be able to recruit, animate, and highlight the potential of your team
- Must be able to organize flows and pilot the reception of goods for daily merchandising and customer orders
- Must be able to develop the sales figures and margin through commercial dynamism built with the team
- Must be able to elaborate and theatricalize the offer according to commercial operations and current musical, video, or new technology news
- Must be able to ensure the quality of reception and relevance of advice delivered to customers
- Must be able to manage a team of sales advisors for music, video, gaming, and musical instruments
- Must be able to manage a team of music course animators
- Must be able to work in a logic of customer satisfaction
- Must be able to develop skills of each member of the team
