Job Summary
Develop the sales team for the Music, Video, Gaming, and Instrument sections by orchestrating commercial offers, driving revenue, and ensuring high-quality client service. Manage staff recruitment, training, and daily operations including inventory reception and stock management. Lead a team of sales advisors and music course instructors to maximize store performance and customer satisfaction. Requires significant retail management experience and a Commerce/Management background. Full-time CDI contract based in Chantepie (FR-35) with a starting gross annual salary of 31,620€.
