Manage the sales team for Music, Video, Gaming, and Musical Instruments at the Chantepié store by orchestrating daily stock reception, merchandising, and customer service. Develop sales and margins through dynamic commercial strategies aligned with current music and technology trends while recruiting and mentoring staff. Ensure high-quality client advice and team cohesion within the Cultura network of over 100 locations. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing in the distribution sector
