Manage sector managers across nine agencies in the Hérault and Gard departments, defining commercial, human, and technical objectives while training attachés. Control sector budgets, monitor revenue and expense evolution, and oversee client dispute resolution and follow-ups. Ensure adherence to national and regional commercial directives by validating action plans, negotiating regional agreements, and managing investment budgets to guarantee equipment longevity. Enforce technical directives and safety rules, conducting regular inspections of agency premises, sales spaces, and workshops. Monitor local market trends regarding construction sites, equipment, pricing, and competition.
