Job Summary
Manage the Editorial sector team in Valence, driving sales and margins through dynamic commercial initiatives and client satisfaction. Develop sales figures by leading a team of sales advisors covering books, music, video, and gaming. Recruit, mentor, and upskill staff while organizing daily stock reception and merchandise display flows. Requires significant retail management experience and Commerce/Management training. Full-time CDI role with a fixed annual salary starting at 31,620€ plus variable bonuses. Cultura operates over 100 stores dedicated to making culture accessible to all.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a manager in the distribution sector
- Training in Commerce / Management / Management
