Job Summary
Manage the Editorial sector team across a network of over 100 Cultura stores by animing sales advisors for Books, Music, Video, and Gaming. Develop sales revenue and margins through dynamic commercial strategies while recruiting, mentoring, and advancing staff potential. Organize logistics by piloting merchandise reception for daily shelving and client orders, all within a client-satisfaction framework. This full-time role in Valence offers a supportive management style focused on autonomy and collaboration, with opportunities for internal evolution toward store director positions. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a manager in the distribution sector
- Training in Commerce / Management / Management
