Job Summary
Responsible for leading restaurant operations at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech, supervising the point of sale team, ensuring professional service aligned with standards, coordinating with other teams, managing client issues, participating in recruitment and training, balancing operational and administrative needs, organizing regular team meetings, and driving revenue through strategies and promotions. Requires knowledge of menus, budget management, adherence to hygiene/safety policies, POS experience, Windows familiarity, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; English proficiency and a university degree are preferred for this Italian specialty restaurant.
