Manage the commercial operations of the fresh produce department, including product promotions, inventory control, ordering, and economic indicator analysis. Lead your team through recruitment, training, administrative management, and on-site supervision. Ensure hygiene standards and proper merchandising by overseeing product reception, shelf stocking, customer greeting, and consultation. This role requires a commercial mindset with strong team management and profit center skills. You will work in a permanent contract with a monthly gross salary of 3300€, a 6-day RTT schedule, and a quarterly performance bonus.
