Job Summary
Manage the commercial performance of the fresh produce and seafood department by overseeing product promotions, inventory control, ordering, and economic indicator analysis. Lead team operations through recruitment, training, administrative management, and on-the-ground supervision. Ensure hygiene compliance and maintain display standards by participating in product reception, stocking, customer greeting, and consultation. This permanent contract role offers a monthly gross salary of 3,300€ with 6 days of RTT. The position includes an unlimited quarterly performance bonus, a 30€/month shopping voucher, and specialized training through the company's School of Fresh Trades.
