Manage the commercial operations of the fresh produce and seafood department, including product promotions, inventory control, ordering, and economic indicator analysis. Lead team recruitment, training, administrative management, and daily floor operations such as receiving, merchandising, customer greeting, and consultation. Ensure strict hygiene standards and product quality across the fresh univers, including fruits, vegetables, seafood, dairy, butcher, charcuterie, catering, and poultry. This permanent contract role offers a monthly gross salary of 3300€, a 6-day RTT schedule, and a quarterly performance bonus.
