Manage the commercial operations of the fresh produce aisle, including product promotions, inventory control, ordering, and economic indicator analysis. Lead your team through recruitment, training, administrative management, and on-the-ground supervision. Ensure hygiene standards and store presentation by overseeing product receiving, merchandising, customer greeting, and consultation. This permanent role offers a monthly gross salary of 3,300€ with a 6-day RTT schedule and includes a quarterly performance bonus and monthly shopping voucher.
